In September last year we welcomed Charlotte as a placement student from Bridgwater and Taunton College into our fold to help us work on our online activities.
Over the course of several months she helped us develop our eBay income stream which has proved to be very successful.
She soon developed to become a confident member of the team who was always treated as an equal. Since completing her placement, Charlotte is continuing to work with us helping customers to solve their IT challenges and is a highly valued member of our team.
Charlotte was a finalist in the “Best Placement Student” category in both Bridgwater and Taunton College and also Somerset Education Business Partnership awards for 2022.
Not only that, but EMCS won the title of Best Placement Employer 2022 at the Somerset Education Business Partnership Awards just this week. And that comes on top of being nominated in the same category at the Bridgwater and Taunton College awards.
We are all very humbled to be recognised in this way, for doing what we feel is the right thing.
